This Privacy Policy explains how EBO2 Therapy and Wellness ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, submit a form, or interact with our concierge team. This site is informational and does not collect personal health information (PHI) through public forms.

Information We Collect

When you submit a consultation request, quiz, or contact form, we collect the fields you provide — typically name, email address, phone number, preferred location, therapy of interest, and any message you choose to include. We also collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and referring page.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, confirm scheduling, deliver service-related communications, and improve our website. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.

Analytics Cookies and Consent Banner

We display a cookie-consent banner on your first visit. Analytics scripts (Google Analytics 4) are only loaded after you press "Accept". If you press "Decline" — or take no action — no analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and remembered on subsequent visits. You can clear your browser storage at any time to be prompted again.

When enabled, Google Analytics collects aggregated usage data (pages viewed, referring source, approximate location by IP, device type) with IP anonymization on. We do not associate this data with any personal health information.

Meta Pixel Disclosure

When analytics consent is granted, we may also load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. The Pixel reports aggregated events such as page views and form submissions back to Meta. It is loaded only after consent and is disabled entirely if you decline. We do not send health condition data, form free-text, or any PHI to Meta.

Third-Party Content Embeds

Our blog includes a content embed from Soro (app.trysoro.com) that displays our latest articles. The embed loads only when you scroll to that section of the page and is used to render editorial content, not for analytics or advertising. It is not gated by the analytics consent banner because it is content, not tracking.

We also receive articles from Soro through an automated content ingestion pipeline. When an article passes our internal compliance checks it is published as a native page on our website; no reader information is sent to Soro when you view these articles.

SMS Consent and Messaging Terms

By submitting your phone number through any form on this site, you agree to receive phone calls and text messages from EBO2 Therapy and Wellness regarding your inquiry, scheduling, and related concierge follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not remove you from phone-call follow-up; contact us directly to opt out of calls.

Data Retention for Form Submissions

Consultation and contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months for operational, quality, and follow-up purposes, after which they are archived or deleted. You may request earlier deletion of your submission by emailing us at the address below.

Job applicants & partnership inquiries

When you submit a job application on /apply or a partnership inquiry on /partner, we collect the information you provide (contact details, application or inquiry content, and — for job applications — an optional resume). We also record technical metadata (IP address and user-agent) with the submission.

This information is used only to evaluate your application or inquiry and to contact you about it. Records are stored in access-controlled systems; resumes are kept in private storage and can only be opened by authorized staff through short-lived, time-limited links, and each access is logged.

Employment applications are retained for at least four years from submission (longer where required by law). Partnership inquiries are retained for as long as needed to evaluate them and to comply with our recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell or share this information for advertising purposes. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, email delivery, hosting, scheduling tools), under appropriate confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your Choices

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or contacting us directly. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing the address below.
