Your First Visit: What to Expect

A step-by-step walkthrough from your first inquiry through session day and follow-up.

Step by step

From inquiry to follow-up

  1. 01

    Request a consultation

Submit the online consultation form or call one of our clinics. Share your goals and any therapies you're already curious about — no commitment.

  2. 02

    Concierge call-back

Our concierge team reaches out to confirm your goals, answer initial questions, and schedule your consultation at the location that works best for you.

  3. 03

    Screening & labs (if indicated)

Some protocols need medical screening or a specific lab panel before scheduling. Your provider will let you know what, if anything, is needed and how to arrange it.

  4. 04

    Session day — arrival

Arrive a few minutes early. You'll check in with the concierge team, review your intake, and settle into a private treatment room.

  5. 05

    The session itself

Depending on the therapy, sessions typically run about 50–90 minutes in a private suite with monitoring throughout. Some layered protocols run longer by design.

  6. 06

    Aftercare & follow-up

You'll rest briefly in the recovery lounge before leaving. Our team follows up to refine cadence, plan pairings, and confirm you tolerated the protocol well.

How to prepare

A short pre-visit checklist

General wellness-visit preparation. If your provider has given you specific instructions, follow those instead.

  • Hydrate well the day before and morning of your visit
  • Eat a normal, balanced meal beforehand — do not fast unless your provider asks
  • Bring a current list of medications and supplements
  • Bring recent labs if you have them (not required for most first visits)
  • Wear comfortable clothing with easy arm access
  • Plan a calm rest-of-day when possible — many clients feel light or relaxed after

First-visit FAQ

Your first visit — common questions

How long is my first visit?
Plan on 60–120 minutes for a first visit — the actual session is typically 50–90 minutes depending on the therapy, with additional time for intake, screening review, and recovery. Some layered concierge protocols run longer.
Do I need labs or paperwork before my first visit?
For most first visits, our intake covers what we need. Some protocols require specific labs or screening beforehand — your provider will confirm at your consultation call.
Can I bring a companion?
Yes. You're welcome to bring a companion for support. Because rooms are private, the concierge team may seat them in our lounge during the session itself.
What should I do after my session?
Hydrate, eat a balanced meal, and keep the rest of your day calm when possible. Our team will check in to review how you felt and adjust cadence if needed.
