What is CTOI?

A physician-guided wellness scoring framework.

CTOI™ stands for Cellular Toxicity Optimization Index. It is an internal wellness scoring framework used by EBO2 Therapy and Wellness to help organize selected lab markers, symptom scores, exposure history, detox capacity, and cellular stress patterns into a personalized optimization plan.

CTOI is designed to support consultation and protocol planning. It is not a standalone diagnostic test.

What CTOI Measures

Five categories. One organized framework.

CTOI™ organizes selected markers across five categories. Interpreted through consultation — not designed to diagnose disease, prove toxicity, or prove treatment success.

Heavy Metals

Reviews selected markers related to heavy metal exposure history and testing when appropriate.

Environmental Toxins

Considers selected environmental exposure patterns, toxin-related testing when appropriate, and lifestyle factors.

Inflammation & Immune Stress

Organizes selected inflammatory and immune-stress markers into a broader wellness picture.

Detox Organ Function

Reviews liver, kidney, and metabolic clearance markers that may influence protocol intensity.

Cellular & Metabolic Stress

Considers metabolic, oxidative, mitochondrial, and nutrient-related markers that may affect recovery capacity.

CTOI™ Score Range

An internal 0–100 wellness score.

CTOI uses a 0–100 internal score. A higher score may indicate a higher support priority within our wellness framework. The goal is to create a personalized plan and monitor trends over time.

  • 0–20Optimized baseline
  • 21–40Mild support priority
  • 41–60Moderate support priority
  • 61–80High support priority
  • 81–100Advanced support priority

Support priority refers to where personalized planning may focus first — not severity, diagnosis, or intervention.

CAPACITY™

Detox & Resilience Capacity Index

CTOI helps identify what may need support. CAPACITY™ helps determine how much support the body may be ready to handle.

CAPACITY™ is a 10-point internal resilience score reviewing liver, kidney, gut, lymphatic, and energy/resilience factors. It helps guide whether protocols should begin gently, moderately, or more comprehensively.

Energy / Resilience

CAPACITY™ Readiness Bands

  • 8–10Higher readiness
  • 5–7Moderate readiness
  • 3–4Lower readiness
  • 0–2Stabilization-first approach

CAPACITY™ helps organize selected markers into a measured, provider-guided support priority. It is not a diagnostic test, does not predict how a client will respond to any protocol, and does not guarantee outcomes. Results vary.

How the CTOI Process Works

Four refined steps.

Step 01

Private Consultation

Discuss goals, symptoms, history, exposures, lifestyle, and wellness priorities.

Step 02

Lab & Intake Review

Selected labs, symptom scores, and intake information are reviewed by the provider.

Step 03

CTOI + CAPACITY™ Report

Your report organizes findings into an internal score, capacity profile, and personalized protocol direction.

Step 04

Protocol + Tracking

Progress may be monitored over 30, 60, or 90 days through repeat labs, symptom scores, and provider review when appropriate.

Personalized Protocol Planning

Built to Guide Your EBO₂ Protocols

CTOI can help guide which therapies may be appropriate to discuss, how protocols may be sequenced, and whether the focus should begin with stabilization, detox support, repair support, or regeneration-focused planning.

CTOI does not imply every client receives every therapy and does not automatically prescribe treatments. Therapies are provider-guided and discussed during consultation.
